Inspiring LGBT+ talent to get up on stage and be ‘judged’
CLIENT: PRIDE IN LONDON
PROJECT: PRIDE’S GOT TALENT
We flipped the notion of being ‘judged’, something the LGBT+ community all too readily relate to, and used it as a positive to grab our audiences attention and inspire them to get up on stage and defiantly proclaim…
“If you judge me for anything, judge me for my talent”.
The ‘Judge Me’ campaign uses bold and empowering headlines to celebrate those who take to the stage, show off their talents, and await the judge’s verdict. Defiant images of performers staring the camera down are accompanied with a call to action inviting talented individuals within the community to take to the stage and give it their all, as well as a rallying cry for the wider community to turn up and see what they’re made of.
For Pride in London, we created a fresh, bold campaign that inspires talent within the LGBT+ community to get up on stage and give it their all, along with audiences to turn up and cheer them on.
The campaign is running across digital, social and print along with activity in venues holding the regional heats and The Adelphi Theatre which is hosting the live final in June. Stories from past winners will inspire individuals to sign up and a partnership with Amazon music and Just Eat will see activity across their channels.
