PROJECT: Veterans Support Helpline
To help raise awareness of the support available from Samaritans to Veterans and people in the Armed Forces we produced a series of short films and supporting photography.
Through the voices of Lee, Sally and Chris, our films explore the highs and lows of life after service in the Armed Forces, along with the positive impact that comes with reaching out for help when you're struggling.
The unscripted films were shot across three locations that spanned the South of England, capturing authentic moments of our subjects doing activities that help their mental health and wellbeing.
Although the films explored difficult experiences, the overall narrative is life-affirming, ending on a powerful call to action that Samaritans are there for veterans and the wider military community if they need to talk.
